- Non-refundable/transferable deposit of RM150/person after confirmation is received
- Full payment required 1 month before departure
- All payments are non refundable in part or full
- All payments will be forfeited if there is any cancellation, no show or amendment of the booking.
- STRICTLY non refundable or non-transferable for any un-used portion of the package.
- Extend night from 1 Apr 2023 onwards are not applicable for promotion rate.
- Tourism tax RM10/room/night will be imposed for all foreign tourist effective from 1 Jan 2023. Our premises (Redang Beach Resort or Hotel Sentral KT) will collect the tourism tax from guest upon check in.
- The resort reserves the right to alter, amend, delete or add to the conditions or withdraw the package at any time without prior notice.
