Day 1: Arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu. We will pick up from the airport and transfer to the hotel.

Day 2: Drive to Pokhara (1740m), check-in hotel.

Day 3: Drive to Nayapul and start to trek to Tikhedunga (1480m)

Day 4: Tikhedunga (1480m) to Ulleri (1960m)

Day 5: Ulleri(1960m) to Ghorepanideurali (2285m)

Day 6: Poonhill (3210m) to Tadapani (3090m)

Day 7: Tadapani (3090m) to Chhomrong (2170m)

Day 8: Chhomrong (2170m) to Dovan (2580m)

Day 9: Dovan (2580m) to Machhapuchhre Base Camp (3700m)

Day 10: Machhapuchhre Base Camp (3700m) to Annapurna Base Camp (4130m)

Day 11: Annapurna Base Camp (4130m) to Bamboo (2300m) (8 hours)

Day 12: Bamboo (2300m) to Jhinudanda (1750m)

Day 13: Trek to Nayapul (1070m) and overnight at Pokhara

Day 14: After breakfast drive to Kathmandu and overnight at hotel.

Day 15: After breakfast, transfer to the airport and end of the journey.

  • Hiker is required to submit passport with validity more than 6 months on the date of return to Green Trekkers Sdn. Bhd.
  • 10% non-refundable deposit should be paid upon registration.



  • Payment 1: 50% of the tour fare 2 months prior to the departure date
  • Payment 2: Balance 40% of the tour fare 1 month prior to the departure date. Failure to pay by the stipulated time will result in cancellation of tour arrangements without prior notice. Should guest need more time to remit the payment, written notice by email to must be given 30 days prior to the travelling date
  • Confirmed booking less than 2 months from the travelling date, full payment must be received within 7 days from the date of booking.

  • 10% deposit is strictly non-refundable for cancellation at any time.
  • Cancellation more than 60 days from the date of travelling, payment 1 (50%) is waived.
  • Cancellation between 30 days – 60 days from the date of travelling, payment 1 (50%) is forfeited and the balance payment is waived.
  • Cancellation less than 30 days from the date of travelling, 100% payment will be forfeited.


  • Replacement of hiker is allowed with a processing fee of RM100/person imposed.
  • Replacement of hiker must be finalized 45 days prior to the travelling date.


  • In the event of any causes beyond the Company’s control including, but not limited to, acts of God, change of laws, war, civil unrest, fire, flood, earthquake or explosion, acts of terrorism, the payment paid shall only be used to replace an alternative tour within the Company’s range of travel products.


  • Any amendments to travelling date, replacement of hiker and other components of the package made after deposit payment or within 60 days prior to a travelling date is subject to RM100 amendment fee per amendment.


  • Tips and gratitude provided to the working team shall be collected among the group after the hiking


Participants are cover by Travel Insurance during the hiking duration. In the event of accident, injury or death arising during the period of hiking, Green Trekkers Sdn. Bhd. is indemnified and waived against all claims.

All claims must refer to the insurance company.

Important Notes:

This day-to-day schedule should be taken only as a general guideline.  It is not possible to guarantee that the hiking trip will run exactly according to the proposed itinerary. Because sometimes there are changes to the trekking routes and availability of the local transport, weather conditions can lead to the change.  The trip leader or the Sirdar (local guide) will make any change that is necessary.

Spending money

Approximately US$300 should be sufficient for meals and miscellaneous expenses. We recommend that you carry your travel money in the form of USD currency and change to Nepalese money (Rupees) on the day arrival in Kathmandu.

Equipment/Items Require

  1. 4 seasons sleeping bag (-10C) (Sleeping bag is provided, you can bring your own or bring sleeping bag liner If using the provided sleeping bag)
  2. Good trekking shoe and wool socks (some normal socks too)
  3. Waterproof jacket or windbreaker and pants, fleece jacket or similar
  4. A warm hat, gloves and sunglasses
  5. A daypack of around (30-40 litres)
  6. Headlamp or torchlight and batteries
  7. 2 x 1-litre water bottles or 3-litre water bag
  8. Sunscreen lotion, body and lip moisturizer.
  9. A down jacket, few dry-fit shirts (for trekking)
  10. Some clothing for after trekking
  11. Small towel, personal toiletries
  12. Wet tissue for body and face
  13. Camera, extra memory and battery
  14. Knee guards, personal medication like AMS pill – Diamox or dexamethasone, Anti-inflammatory, cream/ointment/gel, Antiseptic cream, the pill for diarrhoea/Nausea and vomiting, painkiller and fever tablets.
  15. Some dry food biscuit, energy bar, seaweed, 3-in-1 drink (food during trekking is very standard and almost every day is the same menu. So bring same light and handy ready eat food for additional)
  16. A supplement like a vitamin C, multi-vitamin etc….
  17. Plastic bag for storing clothing

Further briefing will be provided for the preparation of the above items.

Baggage allowance on trek

Your baggage on trek will be carried by porters. The packed weight of your trek bag while trekking should not more than 10 kg. It is possible to leave clothes or other items not required on trek at the group hotel or keep with the agency.

Final baggage arrangement for porter will be discussed in KTM.

PASSPORT:  Passport expiry date must be more than 6 months on the return date of travelling.

NEPAL VISA:  (USD30 for the duration of 15 days trekking)

  1. For VISA application, require a filled Visa Application Form + 2 recent photos + original passport
  2. Apply at Nepal Embassy in Kuala Lumpur or at Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu

PERMIT AND TIMS CARD:  require 3 recent photos, please bring together with you to Kathmandu
