• Transfer by boat from Semporna (Kapalai private Jetty) to Kapalai resort and return (on SIC basis sharing boat with other passengers).
• Accommodation at Sipadan-Kapalai Dive Resort on twin sharing basis.
• Fresh Buffet Meals–breakfast/lunch/dinner.
• Afternoon snacks–served at the restaurant daily.
• Tea/Coffee, cold water and cordial–served throughout the day at the restaurant daily.
• Snorkel around the resort.
• Single/Solo traveler is subjected to Single Supplement for OWN CHALET with NO SHARING option

• Group Travel Option–ONE (1) pax FREE for every NINE (9) paying pax
• (Subjected to same arrival and departure flight and time, FOC pax subjected to SST)
• 5% off from the package rate for sharing 3 adults in a chalet
• 50% off from the Non-Dive Package (ND) rate for non-diver child from 2 to below 12yrs
• Infant 24 months and below is chargeable at 10% of Non-Diver Package (ND) rate
• Junior Diver (Child Diver) rate is based on Diver Package (D) rate

Notes:-

• All prices quoted above are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM)and EXCLUDES of Semporna Jetty Fee* and  the TTx (Tourism Tax)
• Jetty Fee (inclusive SST)-RM 11.00 per person (payable to the Municipal Council of Semporna)-implemented since 2012
• TTx (Tourism Tax)–RM10.00 per room per night (payable to the Royal Malaysian Customs Department)–implemented since 1Sept 2017 (Sipadan-Kapalai Dive Resort is an authorize agent to the Royal Malaysian Customs Department (RMCD) to collect Tourism Tax (TTx). This tax will be collected at the resort)
• Kapalai has no other room category and allocation of room is based on RUN OF HOUSE (ROH) basis.(choosing of room by number will not be entertained)
• Honeymoon/Simple decoration (setting on arrival day only) in the chalet is chargeable at RM 160.00 per setting (inclusive SST).
• Combining Diver Package(D)and Non-Diver Package(ND) is not allowed (diver has to decide between Diver package (D) OR Non-Diver package (ND) throughout their stay)
• To purchase Diver Package, one must be a certified/licensed diver
• No pregnant woman are allowed by boat to KAPALAI Resort
• No dive allowed within 24 hours prior to departure flight time.
• Snorkel by boat is not available
• Diver guest are encourage to bring along their own equipment otherwise opt for rental from Kapalai Dive Centre.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS:-

Minimum requirement,Accompanying Children and Infants:-

1). Minimum requirement : 2 persons ( pax) at least

Single traveler–subjected to single supplement surcharge of additional 30% to the package price

2). Accompanying Children

Travelers below 12 years old on the departure date must be accompanied by an adult throughout the vacation and are requested to share an adult’s accommodation. To receive the young traveler’s discount, the traveler must qualify at commencement of services.

PAYMENT TERMS:

1)50% deposit is required within FIVE (5) working days from the date of confirmed booking to secure the booking

2)Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, in whole or in part

3)Deposits paid CANNOT be brought forward and/or used for future bookings

4)Balance payment MUST be received at least thirty (30) working days prior to arrival. Failure to pay by the stipulated time will result in cancellation of tour arrangements without prior notice. Should guest need more time to remit the payment, written notice by email to info@greentrekkers.my must be given 30 days prior to arrival.

5)For confirmed booking less than sixty (60) days prior to arrival, 100% payment must be received within Five (05) working days to avoid the booking being cancelled by the provider automatically
