This is because you will be the only access to view or change the traveler’s information.

These suppliers may also contact you as necessary to obtain/provide travel updates, collect additional information about you, facilitate your travel reservation, or respond to a review you may submit.
We may also authorize third-party vendors to collect information on our behalf. Third-party vendors have access to and may collect information only as needed to perform their functions and are not permitted to share or use the information for any other purposes.

Business partners are partners with whom we may jointly offer products or services. If you choose to access these optional services, we may share information about you, including your personal information, with those partners so that they can contact you directly by email or post about their products and services. We want you to feel confident making travel arrangements with us and we are committed to protecting the information we collect. We have implemented appropriate administrative, technical, and physical security procedures to help protect the personal information you provide to us. For example, only authorized employees are permitted to access personal information. Copies of passport or identity card are kept only up to the departure date of the traveler and will be destroyed/deleted after the tour is completed.

-Upon confirmation of reservation, 50% deposit of the tour fare per person is required within FIVE (5) working days
-Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, in whole or in part;
-Deposits paid CANNOT be brought forward and/or used for future bookings.
-Balance payment MUST be received at least thirty (30) working days prior to arrival date.
-For confirmed booking less than thirty (30) days prior to arrival, 100% payment must be received within Five (05) working days to avoid the booking being cancelled by the provider automatically.

An e-invoice will be sent to you via SOTA (Smart Online Travel Assistant), payment to be made via Sdn Bhd. Click on the “Pay Now” button and follow step-by-step instructions to key in your credit card number. Your card issuing bank will then send you a one-time-pin, key in that and complete the transaction. A confirmation email will be sent to your inbox. Green Trekkers will also be notified of the status of the transaction.


-Replacement of climber(s) is allowed with cancellation fee of RM100/person imposed.
-Replacement of climber(s) must be finalized at least 30 days before departure date.
-Reduction of climber(s) also means that the tour cost may increase due to cost sharing of vehicle and mountain guide. Please refer to the price table for pricing of different group size.

Deposit is strictly non refundable and CANNOT be used for replacement of new participant or brought forward for future bookings
Cancellation more than 30 days from the date of departure, the balance payment is waived.
Cancellation less than 30 days or no show for the tour, 100% of the payment will be forfeited.
Participant who cancelled the trip and return again will be subject
to RM100 processing fee.

Any amendments to travelling date, replacement of participants and other components of the package made within 30 days prior to departure date is subject to RM100 amendment fee per amendment.

RM100/vehicle/way from airport/Kota Kinabalu to Kinabalu Park or depart from Kinabalu Park to Kota Kinabalu/airport after 1900 hr.
RM50/vehicle/way for transfer from city to airport or airport to city before 0600hr or after 2200hr

Effective 29th May 2015, there will be a surcharge of RM15.00 per hour imposed for guide services extended after 4.00 pm on a normal climb to the summit of Low’s Peak and to be paid directly to the mountain guide in case of extended climbing hours.

No hotel reservation is made during the time of quotation until a deposit is received. The operator reserves the right to amend the accommodation to a similar class without prior notice.

Participants are not covered by Travelling Personal Accident Insurance (group). In the event of accident, injury or death arising during the period of tour, Green Trekkers Sdn. Bhd. is indemnified and waived against all claims. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance upon booking.  Please contact our office for premiums applicable for your travel arrangements.
Insurance is available only prior to departure.
Mount Kinabalu climbers are covered with climbing insurance under Sabah Parks.

Important Notes:
-Please ensure that names in reservation is correct as per IC (Malaysian) or passport (International), and your travel documents must be valid for minimum 6 months from departure date
-All rates quoted are prices for Cash / Cheque / e-invoice (credit card) payments only. Payments via Paypal will incurred 4.4%+RM2 surcharge.
-All air-tickets need to be issued before booking dateline given and airfare and airport tax are subject to change anytime.
-Airasia & Firefly booking unable to pre-book , once booked ticket are non-refundable but changes permitted with payment of fee & fare difference for more than 48hours prior to departure date & time.
-All tour/hotel vouchers need to be issued minimum 07 days prior to travel date, after booking guarantee no cancellation allowed.
-Urgent tour bookings (less than 14 days in advance) are subject to full payment within 48-hours of confirmation.
-All Visa applications must be paid for in full at point of application. In the event a visa application is not successful, fees are non-refundable.
-Passengers are reminded to ensure that their own visas, passports and other travel documents are valid and in order.
-Green Trekkers Sdn Bhd only acts as the agent hotels, transport carriers, passenger boats, airlines, tourist office and all other contractors (generally termed as Agent) and as such, shall not be held responsible for any irregularity, delay, loss, damage, accident, changes of airplane schedules, strikes, political or civil commotion etc…caused by or arising from circumstances beyond our control.
-We reserved the right to change the itineraries with or without notice if found in the best of all concerned.
