Selangor International Book Fair @MBSA Convention Centre
4 December 2022 – Visited Selangor Book Fair at MBSA Convention Centre today. Happening from 1-11 December 2022. Recommend to go during weekdays as weekends can be crowded.This new building is a neighbourhood convention centre, not to be compared with the huge klcc type. Parking was full, we parked a distance away. I would say majority are catered to Malay readers, with about 30% English and 10% Chinese books. But still, an interesting event, looking out for something different from our daily routines. Other finds: There’s a children play area upstairs (bouncy air filled playground) chargeable. Blind people massage at ground floor near parking, lots of food truck outside the building, KDEB and Worldwide landfill park booths upstairs, poem reading outside, colouring contests inside and speakers on stage with special topics.
